MOBILE, Ala. --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs improved to 1-1 on the season after picking up a 3-1 win over Enterprise State Community College here Friday night.
Bryan Silva got the Bulldogs on the scoreboard in the first half on an assist from Moises Hernandez. Holmes led 1-0 at halftime.
The Bulldogs then added a second goal when Brandon Shaffer got the rebound on a PK and scored to make it 2-0 in the second half. Brady Peacock added the final goal of the night scoring after a deflection from a Enterprise State player.
Jaydon Smith got the start in goal and gave up one goal and had three saves.
In the season opener in Ridgeland on Thursday, the Bulldogs fell to Wallace-Hanceville, 1-0.
