Sims, Taylor named to the NJCAA All-Tournament Team

RIDGELAND --- Tyler Grace Sims and Daysha Taylor have been named to the 2025 NJCAA Division II Women's Soccer All-Tournament Team.

Sims, Taylor and the Lady Bulldogs had a great showing in the national tournament but fell in the semifinals to Heartland Community College, 2-1. Holmes defeated Rock Valley, 3-0, and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, 1-0, in pool play.

Sims, a Northwest Rankin product from Brandon, scored a goal against Heartland and added an assist in the Rock Valley match. Taylor is a Navarre, Fla. product from Navarre, Fla.
