SENATOBIA --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs finished the regular season here Tuesday with a 2-2 draw against the Northwest Mississippi Community College Lady Rangers.
The Lady Bulldogs, now 12-1-2, will now go into the MACCC/Region XXIII Tournament as the North No. 1 and will play in the semifinals on Saturday, Nov. 6 at 11 a.m. vs. the winner of the South No. 2/North No. 3 match being played on Tuesday, Nov. 2.
Holmes took a 1-0 lead in the 27th minute on a goal from Katelin Johnson on an assist from Madelyn Polk, and the Lady Bulldogs led 1-0 at halftime.
The Lady Rangers tied the match in the 60th minute before going up 2-1 in the 78th minute.
Ravynne Wilson tied the match in the 88th minute on a penalty kick.
