Wilson named MACCC Offensive Player of the Week

RIDGELAND --- Holmes Community College sophomore forward Ravynne Wilson of Meridian has been named the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for her five goals last week.

Wilson scored two goals vs. Itawamba and had a hat trick vs. East Central. The Lady Bulldogs won both matches 3-1 and captured their sixth straight North Division title with Friday's win over EC.

She claimed the MACCC for the second time this season. She will now be considered for NJCAA Offensive Player of the Week, which will be announced tomorrow.
