ST. LOUIS, Mo. --- Holmes Community College sophomore forward Ravynne Wilson got a hat trick here today to help lead the No. 6 Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs to a 6-0 win over St. Louis Community College.
With the win, the Lady Bulldogs improved to 9-1-1 on the season. Holmes returns to North Division play at 5 p.m. Friday in Raymond vs. Hinds Community College.
Jaelyn Hanson got the Lady Bulldogs on the scoreboard in the 16th minute on an assist from Wilson. Wilson then got her first goal a minute later on an assist from Abbi Russell to go up 2-0.
Wilson then got her second goal in the 35th minute on an assist from Jordan Patrick. The Lady Bulldogs led 3-0 at halftime.
Patrick then got herself a goal in the 59th minute on an assist from Kaci Craft to go up 4-0. The Lady Bulldogs increased the lead to 5-0 in the 71st minute on a goal from Savannah Turner on an assist from Wilson. Wilson's final goal came in the 81st minute on an assist from Rylee Braden.
Avery Belden played 90 minutes in goal and had two saves today.
