GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs finished the season sweep of the East Mississippi Lady Lions here Thursday, 71-60.
Holmes improved to 13-10 overall and 5-7 in the MACCC. Holmes travels to Fulton on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
Holmes led 31-30 at halftime and then outscored East Miss. 33-29 in the second half.
Zion Harvey led with 23 points while Samora Moody had 15, Kiara Shelly 12 and Da'Riyah Mayers 10. Mayers had 14 rebounds in the game while Harvey had nine.
Against Delta on Monday, Holmes fell 58-55.
Shelly led with 13 points while Moody had 11 and Hannah Finley had 10.
