Holmes fell to 9-4 overall and 1-1 in the MACCC. Holmes travels to Copiah-Lincoln on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
Northwest led 35-15. Holmes outscored Northwest, 39-37, in the second half, but it wasn't enough.
Zion Harvey led the Lady Bulldogs with 13 points while Cynia Johnson had nine. Da'Riyah Mayers led with 10 rebounds.
