NEW ORLEANS, La. — The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs finished up a season sweep of Delgado Community College here Thursday with a 68-63 win.
Holmes will host Mississippi Delta at 5:30 p.m. Monday.
Holmes trailed 31-29 at halftime.
Kiara Shelly led the Lady Bulldogs with 17 points while Zion Harvey had 13 and Samora Moody had 10. Shelly had 12 rebounds.
Against Baton Rouge, the Lady Bulldogs fell 63-40.
Moody led with nine points while Shelly had seven, Cynia Johnson six and Zion Harvey had five.
