Holmes will play Northwest on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
Holmes led 31-27 at halftime before outscoring Delgado, 34-20, in the second half.
Bella Roberts led with 21 points while Satiya Johnson had 11 and Julissa Claxton had 10. Johnson led with nine rebounds.
