GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs improved to 11-1 on the year after picking up a 65-64 win here Tuesday over the Louisiana Knights.
Holmes will host Lighthouse Christian on Thursday at 5 p.m.
The Bulldogs led 37-31 at halftime, and the Knights outscored the Bulldogs, 33-28, in the second half, but it wasn't enough.
Isaiah Patrick was the only Bulldog in double figures with 26 including six three-pointers. Malik McGuire led in rebounds with 11 while Andrew Mancell had eight and Markalon Rochell and Deriyon Rochell each had six.
