GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs fell here 75-57 to the East Mississippi Community College Lions Monday night.
With the loss, the Bulldogs fell to 7-3 overall and 7-3 in the North Division. Holmes will travel to Itawamba on Monday at 5:30 p.m. The game Saturday with Northeast Mississippi Community College has been postponed.
East led 39-23 at halftime and then outscored the Bulldogs in the second half.
Kaleb Higgins led the Bulldogs with 21 points. Ahmad Anthony finished with seven rebounds.
