Bulldog Football Radio Network set to begin its 15th season on the air on Aug. 28
The Holmes Community College Football Radio Network will begin its 15th season on August 28 with the season opener in Goodman against Southwest Mississippi Community College at 6:30 p.m.
The partnership consists of radio stations (WLIN 103.7 FM in Kosciusko, WQXB 100.1 FM in Grenada, WTWZ 102.5 FM and 1120 AM in Jackson) and reaches nearly one million listeners.
WLIN (103.7 FM) recently changed their frequency from 101.1 to 103.7 and now reaches all or parts of Attala, Holmes, Montgomery, Carroll, Winston, Choctaw, Webster, Leake, Neshoba and Madison counties and reaches over 100,000 people. WTWZ (102.5 FM and 1120 AM) covers Madison, Hinds and Rankin counties and reaches nearly half a million listeners while WQXB (100.1 FM) located in Grenada, covers Grenada, Carroll, Montgomery, Webster, Quitman, Tallahatchie, Leflore, Calhoun, Yalobusha, Panola and Lafayette counties and reaches over 350,000 people.
Breck Riley begins his fifth year as the Voice of the Bulldogs and 13th year as the Voice of the Kosciusko Whippets. Barker begins his seventh year as color commentator for the Bulldogs. He is also in his 10th year doing Tri-County Academy football.
