Bulldogs fall to Indians, 8-3 and 6-0

FULTON --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs fell twice here on Tuesday to the Itawamba Community College Indians, 8-3 and 6-0.

Holmes will end the regular season Friday at Jones College at 2/5 p.m.

In game one, Jaden Clinton got the start and suffered the loss. He went four innings and gave up eight runs on 11 hits with one strikeout and five walks. Will Cook went three innings and gave up two hits with two strikeouts and one walk while Justin Jenkins went one inning and gave up one hit with one walk. Carson Buckner had a homerun while Abbott Hankins had a double.

In game two, Heath McBride got the start and suffered the loss. He went three innings and gave up two runs on four hits with two strikeouts. Jackson Dollar went one inning and gave up one run on three hit with one strikeout. Cordarius Brown gave up two runs on two hits with one walk while Eric Gibbs went two innings and gave up one run on two hits with two walks. Hankins had a double.
