Bulldogs fall to Wildcats, 10-0 and 3-2
POPLARVILLE --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs fell twice here Friday to the Pearl River Community College Wildcats, 10-0 and 3-2.
Holmes is scheduled to play Mississippi Delta at home on Tuesday at 2/ 5 p.m.
In game one, Hayden Bosarge got the start and suffered the loss. He gave up 10 runs on seven hits with three strikeouts and two walks in three innings. Heath McBride went an inning and got a strikeout.
Kenneth Moore had a double.
In game two, Matthew Koch got the start and suffered the loss. He went 5 1/3 innings and gave up three runs on five hits with two strikeouts and six walks. Cade Johnson went 2/3 of an inning.
Hayden Beall led the Bulldogs with two hits including a double while Darian Duhon added a homerun.
