GOODMAN --- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs have at least pulled to a tie for third place in the North Division with a 79-75 win here Monday night over the Northeast Mississippi Community College Tigers.
With the win, the Bulldogs moved to 11-11 overall and 5-6 in the North. After Monday night's game, the Bulldogs, Mississippi Delta Trojans and the Coahoma Tigers each had identical 5-6 division records. Each team has one game left to play. Holmes travels to Northwest, Delta travels to Northeast and Coahoma is at home to East Mississippi. DeAndre Scott led the Bulldogs with 22 points while Enitial Rucker had 14 and Kenitric Gillum had 12. Travis Johnson led the Bulldogs in rebounds with six rebounds.
