Lady Bulldogs get 8-1 over East Central Lady Warriors

GOODMAN -- The Holmes Community College Lady Bulldogs defeated the East Central Community College Lady Warriors 8-1 here on Feb. 23.

Rebecca Shields defeated Lauren Lurk, 7-5, 6-2. Ciarra Applewhite, Marlee Herron, Akia Cabella and Mary Brooke Lott each won by default, Johnna White fell to Cassie Munn, 7-6, 5-7, 6-1. In doubles, Shields-White defeated Munn-Lurk, 8-2. Applewhite-Herron and Knapp-Lott won by default.
