GOODMAN --- The beginning of the Jamilah Andrews era as head coach didn't quite start off the way the Lady Bulldogs had planned as the Copiah-Lincoln Lady Wolves won 66-47.

Holmes battled hard in the first half and trailed Co-Lin by nine at halftime, 34-25. The Lady Wolves increased the lead to 11 points in the first two minutes of the second half on a bucket by Jessica Wilson. A Jessica Miles jumper brought the Lady Bulldogs back to within nine points with 17:52 to play. A Taylor Williams layup kept the score at nine with 14:57 to play. The Lady Wolves pulled away at that point.
Miles led the Lady Bulldogs with 14 points while Tamia Grady had 11. Miles led the Lady Bulldogs with seven rebounds.
