GOODMAN--- The Holmes Community College Bulldogs scored 51 points in the second half to sail past the Itawamba Community College Indians, 71-41.
With the win, the Bulldogs went to 8-6 overall and 2-1 in the North Division. Holmes travels to Northeast on Jan. 24 and to Coahoma on Jan. 26 to make up for the Jan. 15 game cancelled due to weather.
DeAndre Scott led the Bulldogs with 28 points including five three-pointers. Demarcus Lewis followed with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
